Mail from John Rampton 31st January 2014 - complaining about the Council decision

Subject: Formal Complaints To BoP

Should anyone wish to have a formal complaint lodged (recorded) against the council for its recent decision on the TSP then you can do so either via the Council website (click a-z, then select complaints then "tell us") or in writing to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services, in which case mark your letter "Complaint".

Specimen grounds for complaints might include, inter alia,

Total disregard for the wellbeing of its residents, including financial and psychological.
Failure to assess, or even to make any efforts to assess the social , environmental, economic and enironmental impacts of its decision.
Failure to conduct any meanigful consultation with residents.
Failure to consider relevent information impartied to it.
Failure of democratic process in that there was no democratic instruction to proceed with the work to identify sites for TSPs and not considering other solutions.
Total disregard for the wellbeing of traveller families in terms of health and safety.

Best Regards,

John
